making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card and debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard. Maestro and also Paypal.
You can make your payment when purchasing in the shop. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
how to pay by paypal
Click on the “Checkout with Paypal” button on the checkout page after completing and submitting your order details. Once clicked you will be redirected to the Paypal website and asked to log in (or sign up if you don’t already have a Paypal account).
If you have funded your Paypal payment with a credit card or Paypal balance, the payment will come through to us instantly. If however you pay using your bank account, it will take 5-7 days for the payment to clear before we can ship your order.
shipping and handling
First Class delivery in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) costs £3.07 and aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays if an order is received before 11am Monday to Friday. Orders received after 11am Monday to Friday should be delivered within 2 working days including Saturdays.
Second Class delivery in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) costs £2.57 and aims to deliver within 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
All European orders outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed with a fixed postage price of £10.00 regardless of quantity ordered subject to a maximum weight of 200 grams. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Where possible, we will dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, however at busy periods dispatch time could be longer than this so please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you are in a hurry for your order please call or email for an estimated current dispatch time. European buyers can expect extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected.
If your item is not in stock and back order is possible we will e-mail you and offer you this option, otherwise we will refund your payment.
Tax Charges. All orders include 20% VAT where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that are received unopened, unused in a fully sealed and re-saleable condition. Refunds will be made minus our postage costs unless item is found by us to be faulty. The colour you see on your screen depends entirely on the settings of your monitor and all browsers interpret colours differently. For these reasons shades shown on the internet can never be more than an indication. We would always advise anyone thinking of buying an unfamiliar product to try out a tester first if possible.
