How can I return my product?
A.
You can return your product in the address found in our delivery section. We will accept returns if the product is not what you expected within the 14 days no quibble guarantee.
However any opened product cannot be returned.

How can I best apply liquid eyeliner?
A.
- Liquid eyeliner comes in a bottle rather like ink, and you must use a separate brush to apply. The best result will come from a point liner brush.

It is natural to close your eye as you draw the line, but if you keep it open, it will actually make it easier to follow the curve of your lid and thus have a straighter line.

You do not need to try and paint a continuous line with liquid eyeliner. It is actually easier to pain a few small dashes onto the lash line, eg. Inner corner, middle and outer corner, then go back and connect them.

How much does standard postage cost?
A.
Standard package and posting costs £1.50 irrespective of the purchase amount. Where possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, however at busy periods dispatch time could be longer than this. So please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you are in a hurry for your order please call or email for an estimated current dispatch time.

How much does next day delivery cost?
A.
The cost for next day delivery is an additional charge of £2.50. Orders need to be received before 11am Monday to Friday for this service to be applicable.

Can I place an order from outside the UK?

European and International orders are sent via Royal Mail International
Signed For with a fixed postage price of £7 regardless of quantity
ordered. Where possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 1-2 working
days of receipt, however at busy periods dispatch time could be longer
than this. So please allow up to 14 days for delivery. International buyers can expect extended delivery times
subject to location and postal service selected.
