Lily Lolo Eyeshadow

For a wash of colour apply with a soft brush or sponge applicator. For intense colour a firmer brush (such as Sable eye brush) is a great tool. For long lasting effects, dip your brush into water and mix with the powder to form a creamy consistency. Apply close to your lashes with an eyeliner brush. Voilà!
