For that summer sparkle on the beach, look no further than Technic’s Shine & Shimmer nail varnish in shade 27. Add the loose shimmer dust in any way you fancy. Take the traditional French Manicure and mix it up by using the nail varnish to cover the whole nail then adding the shimmer to just the tips of your nails. Create mini stencils, paint over the nail through the stencil with clear nail varnish, then dust on the shimmer. Alternatively go all out and dust the shimmer all over the nail bed.
